No, never. We run a network point and mount an access point instead, for better speed and reliability.
Yes. We use white trunking along the walls and discreet wall boxes, and the trunking can be painted to match your wall.
Yes. Between floors we run cable in trunking outside or through conduit inside, where it exists. Outbuildings are linked with underground cable or a point-to-point WiFi link.
We set up your router and network so you get the speed you pay for in every room. Line faults are your ISP's job, but we'll help you tell which side the problem is on.
For offices, yes, by arrangement, so your team isn't disrupted.
