Privacy notice

This notice explains how Soft Edge Solutions handles the details you send through this page, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, suburb and the details you give about the job. We also record which ad or link brought you to the page, so we know which advertising works. If you tap the WhatsApp or call button, we note the time, your reference code and that ad or link, but nothing about you personally.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your quote request and, if you go ahead, to do the work. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our team, plus the services that deliver email, keep our list of enquiries (Google Sheets) and measure ad performance (including Google). They process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that don't become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email networking@softedgesolutions.co.za. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Cookies

The page uses Google's tag to measure visits with Google Analytics and, when advertising is active, to measure which ads lead to enquiries.
